The TfL Book Club will be closing on 21st August 2023.
We’d like to thank you for subscribing and have outlined below some more information on what this means for you, your subscription and your library of titles. If these FAQs do not answer your question, please write to us at tflbookclub@hodder.co.uk.
FAQs:
When will my last subscription payment be taken?
Any subscription payment made between 1st July and now, will be refunded.
When is the last date I can use my credits or buy new books from the TfL Book Club eBook Collection?
You will be able to use your credits until 21st August after which any unused credits will be refunded back to you.
What happens to my TfL Book Club app?
The app will continue to work if you’ve downloaded it and backed it up. The app will not be available to download from the Apple or iOS stores after today. If you have disabled or deleted the TfL Book Club app and you still want access to your library of titles, please download visit Book Club (papertrell.com) where your existing username and password will allow you to access your library of titles.
What happens if I use the TfL Book Club website?
After 21st August, if you visit TfL Book Club you will automatically be taken to Book Club (papertrell.com) where you can use your existing username and password to access your library of titles.
Who are Papertrell?
Papertrell are the provider who supported the TfL Book Club library of titles on behalf of Hodder & Stoughton.
What happens to my unused credits?
You will receive a refund on any unused credits from a paid subscription by 21st August.
What happens if I don’t want a refund and would like to use my credits to access other TfL Book Club Collection eBooks from H&S?
Please write to us at tflbookclub@hodder.co.uk. by 21st August 2023 date and we’ll be happy to help. If we don’t hear from you by this date, your credits will be automatically refunded.
